How to Maximize Your Time as A Workpreneur

“There just aren’t enough hours in the day.” You’ve probably told yourself this so much that you’ve now beat it into your beliefs! No judgement here. I know this all too well. One of the most challenging things to do as a working entrepreneur is to find the time to stretch the time.
After working 8 hours of the day to coming home to fix dinner and prepare the kids for school the next day, it just seems impossible to find the time or energy to do anything more! You’re exhausted and you haven’t done anything productive that will allow you to reach your dreams. Well my friend, you aren’t alone, this seems to be a common dilemma for most of us. After getting frustrated and sick and tired of not accomplishing any of my individual goals, I finally figured out some of the best ways to miraculously make the most of your time as a “workpreneur.” I talk alot about this in #10WaystoStartYourBusiness!

The Crazy Woman Phenomenon, True or False?

Nowadays, there’s so much talk about a woman being “boring” if she isn’t crazy, and by crazy guys mean starting (what are more than likely) petty little arguments and being “overprotective” of their man’s social media accounts, text messages, etc. Does a woman really have to be “crazy” to keep the relationship spicy? Couples everywhere are exclaiming that when women start arguments it keeps the relationship going, and if she doesn’t the relationship is boring or is going to get boring. Even celebrities such as Kylie Jenner and the ’90s-2000s Dipset rapper Camron made references to the crazy woman aka the argument starter. Kylie made an Instagram post stating:

“When my relationship is getting boring I start arguments for no reason”, this post got thousands of responses with women agreeing with Kylie, stating that they do the same. Camron spoke for the men when he posted a picture of his girlfriend of years stating that he likes his women crazy, and of course the men agreed on his post with statements such as, “She doesn’t care if she isn’t crazy” and the infamous, “It’s annoying sometimes, but crazy women keep the relationship fun”.

What’s Love Got To Do With It?

Who wants that perfect love story anyway?  I think most people whether they want to admit it or not long to experience love with another person. We want to find our better half, a companion, someone to experience the highs and lows of life with, and someone that will bring us more happiness.  But what exactly is love? Is love a feeling, a choice, or an action? Is it a combination of the three? How much does love play a part in making a relationship or marriage last?

I remember having a conversation with a former coworker a few months ago about what it meant to love another person and he told me the only woman he truly loved was his ex-girlfriend. I asked him why he loved her and he started listing things that she did for him like cooking, cleaning, giving him massages and bathing him. Oh and mind you, her English was limited so she barely communicated; he did the majority of the talking in the relationship.  I couldn’t help but laugh and question whether he actually loved her or did he love what she was doing for him.
